South Bank Walk, Part 1

We began Family Home Evening at the chapel with the lesson being based on Doctrine and Covenants 88: 79, commenting that we are commanded to gain a knowledge of countries and kingdoms. This being the command we set out to learn about British history along the Thames. Being that treats are necessary, sugary/fatty/worthless snacks were distributed in the Tube so that all could share one with another. We started at Tower Hill where our tour guide experta, Tara Omniscient Evans, led us across Tower Bridge and told us about many a site, from City Hall to London Bridge. Admittedly I did not know about nor did I see any Royal Ravens - GASP! Go read on the Internet what that's all about....
